Onsite Computer Servicing
We at CTS are specialized in computer consultation and servicing. What we do is provide computer maintenance and services such as weekly visit to office and check on individual pc and servers; may it be existing or new pcs which does not necessary need to be purchased from us. And we do cleaning of anti-virus, server maintenance, installation, etc. These services is recommended for companies which does not need to have an IT personnel in-charge of machine/pc handling on a daily basis.
CTS provides this services as it helps the servicing company to cut cost on hiring an IT personnel solely to take care of the computers. Once or the most twice a week is just needed to maintain the computers in your office if your business does not mainly involve in computer software development or heavy computer related but in the means of using it for daily reporting, accounting, email, and mostly on usage of word and excel.
Our servicing contract are based on the number of computers and servers need to be serviced. CTS also provides consultation on purchasing of computer hardware and software even if the engaged company choose to purchase from other vendors. CTS acts as a IT personnel for the company.
Most computer problems derive from unprotected by means of internet spam/virus (by exchanging external thumb drives), long usage of hardware wear and tear, not enough harddisk space, having not enough memory due to new software run (heavier hardware requirements needed), performing Window & Anti-virus updates, internet connection failure and many more.
